JQ-58 meat grinder can grind approximately up to 485 lbs of meat per hour or 8 lbs per minute, and the slicer function can slice 727 lbs of meat into pieces per hour or 12 lbs per minute. The standard slicing thickness for this KWS JQ-58 fresh meat cutter is 3mm. Quickly interchangeable cutting blades are available in different sizes; replacement blade is available for purchase/ special order and can be found in KitchenWare Station official website.
This machine also equipped with emergency stop push button and safety protection device for maximizing safety and accident prevention. It can be stopped immediately if urgent situation arises, and will automatically shut down when stainless steel meat tray is removed.
