High Quality 304 Stainless Steel Coated with Teflon Blade
Unlike some of the carbon steel blades on the market which has a shorter service life, is easily oxidized and blunt out. Our KWS 12″ high quality 304 Stainless Steel coated with Teflon blade is anti-rust, firm and more durable. It offers precision while providing several different slice adjustments. It consistently and effortlessly cuts meat, vegetables, or cheese from paper thin to 0.6 inch thick.
Our advance Teflon blade model can efficiently prevent residue from building up. With that being said, customer do not need to wipe off the excess of produce off of your blade as often during slicing process when using Teflon blade as compare to stainless steel blade. Safe Blade Removal System
This slicer comes with a removable blade and a safe blade removal tool so there is no need to worry about cleaning the blade, it also makes the unit incredibly simple to clean.
The blade removal tool is slightly larger than the diameter of the blade, therefore, the edge of the blade never exceeds the edge of blade removal tool making it safe to handle.
Built- In Sharpener
Our KWS slicer features a built- in sharpener that both hones and sharpens the blade. It helps the blade to maintain a sharp edge for slicing by pushing the front and back button for a couple of seconds, ensuring that your blade is always razor sharp and ready to slice.

I wanted a meat slicer and was not compromising. I found this one. I did the research, asked questions, did some more research. I have had a meat slicer for a number of years but not this size. For a home it is a little overwhelming, BUT, I would not trade the convenience for a smaller model; period! This unit is quite. If I did not know it was on, really, if I did not know it was on, I would not know it was on other than the lighted toggle power switch. Not clanky, not noisy, not rude / crude / or down right ugly about it. First time had to send it back because the screws holding down the clear guard came loose in the packing and scared up the skin. Second one, no problems. Customer Service was easy to work with and very quick to make a customer happy with their purchase. Dollar for dollar, this is a great buy.

This is a very good meat slicer for the price. There are better ones out there but they are a lot more expensive. For the price I paid it suits my needs very well. I have been able to slice meat with ease. I have set it below the 1 mm mark to get paper thin meat slices. If you’re looking for a decent meat slicer this works very well. Cleanup is pretty easy especially cleaning the blade with the blade removal tool.

This meat slicer works great, is easy to use, fast, and very quiet. I haven’t taken it apart yet to clean the blade.
It’s heavy and too big for my counters, so I bought a stainless steel table (with wheels) to keep it on.
I recommend this slicer for anyone who is looking to do some heavy-duty slicing.

Excellent slicer from .5mm shavings on up. Powerful motor and very capable of slicing even frozen meats. Even though there is an upcharge, really like the professional fit and full metal finnish of the knobs. Cleanup and disassembly is easy enough. Given the precision and craftsmanship of this unit the only improvement that I could suggest is to re-engineer the hold down arm to allow the food being sliced to get closer to the cutting wheel leaving less of an end piece.

Unit is strong and quiet. Had a minor issue and emailed customer service directly. Not only did they handled it professionally, it was a real life person who responded directly about my particular issue. I may be getting cranky as I get older, but his was fresh like in the olden days where manufacturers took pride and responsibility in their products.
