45 Degree Product Tray

The product tray of our KWS MS-12A meat slicer is mounted at a 45 degree angle, which uses gravity to better hold the product against the knife so you apply less pressure while ensuring a more consistent product. The product tray of our KWS MS-12A slicer can hold foods up to 10″ (L) X 15.5″ (W) X 8″ (H), the adjustable horizontal clamps secure irregular shaped products for precise slicing, allowing you to slice any produce large or small your heart desires.

High Quality 304 Stainless Steel

Unlike some of the carbon steel blades on the market which has a shorter service life, is easily oxidized and blunt out. Our KWS 12″ high quality 304 Stainless Steel blade is anti-rust, firm and more durable. It offers precision while providing several different slice adjustments. It consistently and effortlessly cuts meat, vegetables, or cheese from paper thin to 0.6 inch thick.

Two Operation Patterns - Manual & Full Automatic

The automatic mode of our MS-12A slicer can produces 37 slices per minute to make quick work of your slicing tasks. The blade of the slicer is driven by belt while the product tray of the slicer is driven by chain. Our MS-12A slicer allows you to easily switch from manual to automatic operation with the gear shift handle. It gives you flexibility to control the equipment based on your usage.

Built- In Sharpener

Our KWS slicer features a built- in sharpener that both hones and sharpens the blade. It helps the blade to maintain a sharp edge for slicing by pushing the front and back button for a couple of seconds, ensuring that your blade is always razor sharp and ready to slice. MS-12A slicer also equipped with rear-mounted thickness stop which allows for quick adjustment to commonly used thicknesses.

Waterproof On-Off Switch

The KWS on- off switch and relays are built separately which can highly prevent them from damage together at the same time. Two separate on/off switches control the blade and automatic mode to gives you flexibility to control the equipment which make this unit extremely user-friendly.

A: The blade of our KWS automatic meat slicer is driven by belt, and the slicing tray is driven by chain. The machine can be operated manually or automatically depending on your need. I hope this answer your question.

Q: Can you adjust the speed at which the MS-12A slices when in automatic mode? What type of oil is recommended to fill the tank? Thanks, Mike

A: Dear Mike, Thank you so much for your interest in our MS-12A Automatic Slicer! Our MS-12A operates at a constant slicing speed of approximately 37 slices per minute, depending on the type and temperature of the product being sliced. If your meat is at a temperature higher than -8°C, you may experience a slightly faster slicing speed due to its softer texture. However, if you are specifically looking for an automatic slicer with adjustable speed settings, we highly recommend checking out our MS-14A model, which features a customizable speed function to better suit various slicing needs. As for lubrication, we recommend using an all-purpose food-safe lubricant. To apply: Add the lubricant into the built-in dispenser, then inject it into the back and side ports of the slicer to keep the transmission running smoothly. If you have any further questions or need assistance choosing the best slicer for your needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always here to help!
