Beautiful slicer, but it came with no installation or cleaning or sharpening instructions.

High quality product. We cut very thin slice of prosciutto as well as thick meat slices for jerky. Easy to clean by removing the tray and the blade cover. Worth the money!

Cleaning is a bit of a pain, but I don’t think any meat slicers excel at that. Otherwise it is a great product. Works really well. Great size for a home kitchen. Really nice enamel coating.
An unimportant plastic piece was broken during shipping. Company had a replacement out to me right away. Good service.

The meat slicer cut the meat very well but the width of meat it can hold is very small and it arrived damaged. The slide was not smooth and very hard to move back and forth. I initiated the return and was contacted by KWS- he was very helpful telling me what to try and if it was that he’d send the replacement. I did what he suggested and it worked. Overall a heavy good feeling machine, but not happy that it was damaged so easily shipping.

Good purchase. Cuts great but slides on counter top.

I’ve owned this slicer for six months and it’s operated flawlessly to date. It was packaged securely and arrived as described. I continue to use the box & packing to store the slicer when not in use. I’ve sliced roast beef, roast pork and turkey breast with ease. Want paper thin slices? This slicer handles it like a champ. Initially, it took me a while to disassemble it for cleaning but now I find it very easy to do. Helpful hint: spray some food-grade silicon lubricant behind the blade guard before reassembly so that it pops off easily the next time you clean it.

I are very happy with this slicer. Works great and looks great with its deep red color. Having worked in the restaurant business for over 35 yrs and using a professional slicer almost daily this slicer does a great job. I highly recommend this product.

I wanted a slicer for the house because I smoke a lot of meat and sometimes buy blocks of cheese. This slicer cuts well and is quiet.
Aaron Bredon –
This operates exactly like the larger models at your local deli. Runs very quiet, simple adjustment via front wheel, cuts easily. It sits securely on the counter, but it is rather heavy, so try to find a permanent home.
You don’t need to disassemble for daily cleaning – set to 0 thickness and hold a wet kitchen towel or paper towel against the front then back of the blade while running it – this removes 90% of the residue. Turn off, wipe down surfaces, then dry. Be careful, the blade is sharp.
The only downside is the small cutting area. You won’t fit the largest deli meats here, but most reasonably sized meats and cheeses can be cut.

This is an outstanding slicer. Extremely well constructed, high quality parts, precision design, and exceptionally quiet.
We use it primarily for slicing homemade un-cured, smoked bacon. For those concerned about the slicer not having enough depth to cut the full length of bacon, we have found that it works best to just cut the pork belly section in half before slicing. This makes for shorter bacon strips of course, which we prefer anyway because they are much easier to cook.
We run a couple of pork bellies through the slicer every few months, and it runs for a couple hours straight without overheating. Blade stays sharp and hasn’t needed sharpening yet.
