I was hesitant about this product but did some research. There were no reviews for this product but I did find some videos on YouTube. Found other models that did the job well but with less power. I decide to go with KWS because of the brand. I’ve used other KWS products and love the quality. This slicer is high-quality and well-built; nice and heavy.
I used it for the first time the other day and work will be well. Knives are SHARP!!! Beware, it will cut you. Be CAREFUL.
Depending on how many times you throw your meat through the chute, you can almost make ground meat like a grinder. I have the 3 mm version and it makes great slices for stirfry.

I am like the other reviewer, I could not find much on this chopper but because of the size of the motor I purchased this chopper. So far it has been a terrific chopper. It is heavy duty. I have used it to work up a couple of deer and it is phenomenal. It never skips a beat. It is pretty easy to clean, just remember never to touch the blades because they are beyond sharp. To clean the blades just remove the screw with the spring on it and it slides off. I love this machine. I work up a couple deer a year and we butcher a pig a year and it turns a lot of the tough pieces into wonderful edible slices for fajitas. One of the best meat processing pieces of equipment we have purchased.
