  1. If you are purchasing a meat slicer to also cut cheeses, then we would recommend you to our meat slicer that equip with Teflon blade.
    For best cheeses slicing result, we recommend our customer to freeze their cheese a little before slicing. The cheese texture should be somewhat hard to touch but not icy.
    Slicing cheeses in room temperature is not recommend as the cheese residue will create too much fraction to the blade when slicing.
