To answer your question, our MS-10XT is designed for slicing semi-frozen boneless meat. However, customer can also use our meat slicer to slice cheeses, potato and cabbage etc.
If you are interested in slicing bone in product, we highly recommend you to check out our B-210, B-310 and B-350 bone saw machine.
