Extremely pleased. We did our homework, even visited a local butcher to talk about saws. We needed a saw that would cut frozen salmon. This came assembled (except for the blade, but that’s for safety reasons) & it came with an extra blade. It is incredibly easy to clean. It cuts through rock hard frozen fish like butter. My husband is a commercial salmon fisherman – so far we’ve cut thorough hundreds of pounds of fish and we haven’t had it very long. He says it is one of our best purchases ever. We tried it on semi thawed fish but it works better on the rock hard ones.

Much better then expected. It did blow the breaker to the house but then connected it to a 10 gauge extension cord into a Honda 6500 generator and cuts through beef and pork like butter

We have a medium sized grocery store in Guam. I upgraded to the Kitchenware Station meat saw B-310 from a cheaper, smaller model that we purchased locally.
The difference between the two is night and day! The B-310 has plenty of power and can handle a good workload. I used to replace my blade on the old machine every week to week and a half. Two months in and I did not have to change blade yet. This machine performs like a beast for its size.
It is easy to clean and has increased my productivity 5X at least.
The B-310 is easy to clean. It’s a total workhorse, for sure!
I just ordered 5 replacement blades which should last a long time. The company even offers free shipping on spare parts purchase. That’s beyond great, considering that I live in Guam and many companies don’t even ship to Guam at all.
Great machine! Great company! Great staff!
