High Quality 304 Stainless Steel Blade
Unlike some of the carbon steel blades on the market which has a shorter service life, is easily oxidized and blunt out. Our KWS 10″ high quality 304 Stainless Steel blade is anti-rust, firm and more durable. It offers precision while providing several different slice adjustments. It consistently and effortlessly cuts meat, vegetables, or cheese from paper thin to 0.4 inch thick.
Built- In Sharpener
Our KWS slicer features a built- in sharpener that both hones and sharpens the blade. It helps the blade to maintain a sharp edge for slicing by pushing the front and back button for a couple of seconds, ensuring that your blade is always razor sharp and ready to slice.

Waterproof On-Off Switch & Skid Proof Rubber Feet
The KWS on- off switch and relays are built separately which can highly prevent them from damage together at the same time. The skid proof rubber feet secure the slicer on the counter-top while slicing which makes the slicer more sturdy.
Removable Product Tray Assembly
The product tray of our KWS MS-10NS meat slicer can hold foods up to 7 (L) X 7.5 (W) X 5.5 (H). The carriage can also be removed easily for thorough cleaning. This feature can reduce seams and hard-to-reach places where bacteria can grow, making the slicer as easy as possible to clean.

Good slicer

Slices nice slider works well. Not hard to clean but not that easy either just have to spend a little time have to be careful that you don’t loose the three screws that hold the blade on and be car not to cross thread the screws. All and all it is a nice slicer.

Turns out this unit works just like it should. The cleaning not so easy. But that is with any meat slicer. We tried another meat slicer from Amazon and it got sent back the next day. This one is built strong. The unit actually works. Wish it had a catcher in the back. Don’t like holding my hand behind a blade sharp enough to cut pork skin. Other than a few needed adaptations this is really a good slicer.

Received this slicer yesterday. Was all put together and ready to go right out of the box. We ended up putting it through it’s paces pretty good the first night. We had about 8 lbs of Black Forest Ham, 7 lbs of Oven Roasted Turkey, about 2 1/2 lbs of Bologna & a block of Screamin Jack cheese on hand. We liked the thickness at 1.5 except ran the bologna & cheese at 2. Machine had no trouble dealing with any of it & cut it perfectly. We did have a little bit of an issue cutting the cheese (lol) but honestly this was not the machine’s fault. My Uncle was here and he used to slice meat and told me with cheese you just need to stick it in the freezer for a few before slicing it and it’s much easier to deal with. Did the math on how many lbs we netted and we are paying about half the price cutting our own meat vs buying it at the store which is awesome. After we were through I vac sealed everything in 1 lb packages and froze them. So now we have lunch meat for the next foreseeable future. I’ve read that the clean up is a nightmare but honestly it was not too bad at all. I removed the slicing arm, removed the blade cover, took the blade off (be careful!) and then the SS panel to the left. Once it was disassembled I had access to the hard to reach areas and had it cleaned up and put back together in about 10 minutes tops. Machine itself appears built well, it was quiet while operating & large enough to hold big pieces of meat. Not really seeing a down-side to this machine but again…I’ve only used it once so we’ll see how it holds up over time. It’s somewhere in between the cheaper house slicers & the larger expensive commercial slicers but definitely leaning towards commercial quality. Hope this helps if you are looking at this slicer. I have no regrets and am glad I bought it.

I had previously purchased “Meat Slicer, Anescra 200W Electric Deli Food Slicer with Two Removable 7.5’’ Stainless Steel Blades and Food Carriage, Child Lock Protection, 0-15mm Adjustable Thickness Food Slicer Machine- Silver”
The blade on that slicer was super slow, and would slow down even more with each slice. It was clumsy and the blade was held in place with a plastic knob! The output from slicing with that one was inconsistent, and we returned it.
After looking high and low for a decent slicer I found this one. It is a fairly high jump in price (almost 4x the price!), but so worthwhile. I had to use mineral oil on the slider, but beyond that, this slicer slices like a dream. I don’t have to slow down with each slice to wait for power of the slicer to cut. In fact I can go quickly and easily! This slicer is worlds better!! I can’t recommend it enough.

Thank you so much! It’s in perfect condition! Highly recommend this slicer! And fast shipping

Best meat slicer for your home!
Edward Narcavage –
Nothing to dislike it’s easy to use and cleans up nicely. A great value for what I paid
We use it to cut up our homemade meats. It’s as good as a commercial one It even has its own sharpening stone mounted to slicer.
KWS Customer –
Best slicer can cut paper thin and thick love it. A great product for all slicing.
Robert J Green –
Great slicer, a little hard to clean
Harold Kosteck –
It does a great job with most things. Thicker slices are less so, but it will shave things THIN. I love it. It’s not like a thing you break out daily. I’d say cold smoke some cheese and some eye of round, or chicken…..Then slice it up. My GOD it’s so good. You will not realize how much you’ve missed in life.

Cleaning is a bit of a chore. But worth the effort of have the convince of a quality meat slicer for home use
Dad of Three –
I bought this slicer to use for slicing bacon and lunch meat. For that purpose it works great. I do have to fold a pork belly in half to get full length slices but that doesn’t bother me. I often purchase a whole boneless ham when it goes on sale and can get Scotch Tape thin slices if the meat is placed in the freezer for a couple hours prior.
Cleaning, well it sucks but I think that holds true for any machine like this. I do think the machine comes apart quickly with only a Phillips head screwdriver. Just be careful with the blade it is sharp and heavy. It takes a little work but you can get all the bits of food out of the nooks and crannies pretty easily.
For cutting cheese I have had mixed results. Cheddar and provolone seem to slice pretty well. Colby jack was a nightmare. I question as to whether the non-stick blade would help with cheese but for the cheese I use it works great.
I would buy this again but might opt for the 12″ model just because I have a home cured bacon obsession. It is a heavy unit and does not slide around at all. This isn’t something I drag out to make my sandwich for lunch but if you buy in bulk, slice, then vacuum seal it will serve you nicely.

We use this all the time, my wife and I love it
Theodicus –
May I recommend this product for “once in a while use!” While it is a blessing to use, it is a pain in the butt to clean. Easy to disassemble but be careful of the blade. I had to buy a cut resistant glove with this product. Slicing smoked turkey made the biggest mess and meat ended up in places on the slicer where it shouldn’t be. Again, use this product to slice a lot of meat all at one time or you will be fatigued withe the clean up.
Midwest Dude –
The screws holding the blade in should be torx rather than phillips to prevent stripping. We added some never-seize to the threads and did find some allen head screws that were the same size, but still not as good as torx or star. We had to ditch our old slicer because stripping of screws ended our ability to clean it, I don’t want this to befall the same fate.

I own 2 commercial deli slicers, both much larger than this one, but also 3 times as heavy. I was looking for a slicer to have in my home with nearly the power and durability of a commercial slicer, but smaller and lighter in weight. This slicer really fit that bill. I make a lot of homemade jerky, and I need a slicer that can slice semi frozen meat. (only and industrial slicer will slice hard frozen meat). This slicer does a good job. It isn’t as powerful as the bigger slicers, nor should anyone expect it to be, but it slices the semi frozen meat; although a little slower, adequately. At about 1/5th the cost of a good commercial slicer I am very happy, and at 38 pounds, it is easily moved and stored away when not in use like I needed. As far as cleaning, anyone who has had to ever clean one knows no slicer worth a crap is really easy to clean, but I do like how this one opens up and exposes the blade and carriage for cleaning.
TJROX –
This is a great meat slicer in my opinion! I didn’t have any problems taking it apart to initially clean it, nor to take it apart to clean it afterwards. The knobs were not too tight for me to unscrew, I used a towel to loosen them and re-tighten them. I sliced homemade bacon with it and that turned out really well. That was the main reason we got it. You can clean it very good, but you need to be able to take your time with it and be safe, and get all the nooks and crannies, but it definitely can be done. I used a baster brush to get underneath the blade protector (small space) and the other areas where it was hard to get a towel into.
Update: I have since used it for a number of different meats and I still love this machine! Highly recommended! A+++++

Very hard to clean. I’ve bought this slicer for a year and a half ago on Amazon. It does a fantastic job slicing. I’ve cut nice thin slices of brisket. I buy lunch meat in bulk, and it slices it just the way I want it. It cuts up potatoes perfectly for homemade potato chips. Makes short work of cheese as well. But it’s very hard to clean. The blade does not come off making it almost impossible to clean. Yes, I’ve watched all the videos and instructions on how to remove the blade. It doesn’t work. The screws don’t come out. If it wasn’t for the cleaning issue, I would have given it 5 stars.
KWS Customer Service Team –
Dear John,
Thank you so much for providing your feedback.
For safety purposes, the screws that lock the blade down are slightly tighter than normal when it first arrives to customer.
Please make sure to use the correct size Philip screwdriver head #2 to remove the screws, the head should hug the screw gap completely.
When removing the screw, push as much pressure against the screw as you can before turning, we recommend our customer to slightly loosen the first screw then to the next and rotate until all 3 screws are completely loosen.
Avoid loosen the first screw completely as the weight of the blade will lean to the remaining two screws and made it more difficult to remove the remaining screws.
Some of our customer also experience success using a power tool to remove the screws from the slicer.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you need further assistance in removing the screws, we will try our best to help!

Good Quality Slicer. Making jerky
Matt –
I’ve been looking for an affordable meat slicer that wasn’t a loud cheaply made piece of crap and I think I made the right choice here. Just got it yesterday and sliced up a 4lb roast for jerky immediately. Nice uniform slices, easy to set up out of the box, quiet, and pretty easy to clean. I’ve never owned a meat slicer before but I’ve used commercial Hobart brand slicers at jobs in the past and this is an excellent choice for home. Smaller and cheaper than a commercial machine but it doesn’t feel cheaply made. For cleaning I removed the guard and blade to wash in the sink and everything else could be cleaned with a disinfectant wipe. To minimize a mess you can partially freeze any raw meat you are slicing. After first use I would recommend this machine.
*Edit* some people complained about the carriage not coming off for cleaning, but it does. Once you remove the knob it just takes some careful wiggling to remove.
Also in regards to the carriage once removed you can loosen the nuts on the underside to adjust the clearance to the blade. I brought mine closer so I can make clean cuts all the way to the end of a roast.
After several months I am still completely satisfied with my slicer. 10/10 would recommend it to others.

This slicer has come in handy, but we had a hard time getting the blade off safely to clean it. Had my future son-in-law help remove the single screw that we were afraid of breaking. Now, it does a fabulous job slicing and we can get it cleaned easily.
SDO –
So far so good. I have only done 5 lbs of pork belly bacon. That only took 3-4 minutes to cut but took 10 minutes to clean. I am and would plan on more to cut at a one time. Glad I paid a little more. A very good quality. Oh ya, the blade is very sharp! Take care cleaning up.

Light duty machine that has functioned well in my small drive in restaurant. Tedious to clean, but for me it is a once a week chore. Not intended for high volume deli applications.

Bought it for cutting bacon that I smoke. Love that it super light weight.
Marti –
Comparing purchased 2 slicers, this one was far better for safety and money. The $100 one purchased was flimsy and presented safety concerns. However kws commercial unit was sturdy, and once I walked through the cleaning process, thank you YouTube, it is an invaluable kitchen tool for our household of 7. I have already broken even on the cost and only had the unit a few months.

Product arrived quickly and met expectations, but plastic knob on tightening rod was cracked. CS answered email in under 24 hours and I had free replacement in 3 days. Item is sturdy enough for light commercial use and great for home use. Thanks again to CS for excellent response.

I’ve been looking for a long time for a slicer for my homemade bacon and decided on this one. I didn’t want to spend over $1k for a commercial model (Berkel, globe, hobart). This fit the bill. It slices precisely, has a strong motor and is NSF rated. The one downfall is clean up. It isn’t easy to clean the base behind the blade without disassembling the blade guard. Otherwise, I love it.
Jacob Evans –
Overall the slicer has worked great. So far I have used it for slicing home smoked roast beef, turkey breast, and bacon. The blade is plenty sharp and the built in sharpener works well to keep it that way. I had chilled all the meats before slicing and it worked great. Would easily slice down to .25-.5 mm without shredding the meats. It’s not bad to clean though I do think the screws that hold the blade would be better off as Allen or torque screws instead of Phillips. I haven’t stripped them yet but Phillips is not ideal for repeated loosening and tightening in my opinion. My only other gripe is that it has a tendency to throw some of the bark or other pieces that break off during slicing. It’s perfectly manageable if you keep the area in line with the blade on your counter clear. But expect it to throw a few chunks of skin or bark during your slicing.
KWS Customer Service Team –
Dear Jacob,
Thank you so much for your purchase of our MS-10NS meat slicer.
In your case, we would recommend you adjust the part # 42 slice guard closer to your blade.
By moving the slice guard closer to the blade, it will help to stop and land the meat on back space when meat touches the slice guard.
Slightly freezing your meat will also help with the situation as well.
We hope this answer your question.

We love hotpot. Therefore, we decided to purchase a slicer to cut the meat. After few months researching, we purchased this one and very happy with it so far. The price is at the high side but worth it.

Arrived as promised. Have used it 6-8 times to slice beef about 3/16” thick to make jerky. Still haven’t found the best temperature for the meat to be for best slicing.
Matt Thunders –
Item arrived super fast, slicer works great, very sturdy, able to slice meat very thin, great transaction

I just unpacked and used this today to slice up a ham and my first impression is that this slicer is great. I’ve used other slicers including some low cost ones. Based on today’s experience, you get what you pay for and I believe this is a top quality product that’s worth the money. I sliced ham in various thicknesses and it did not even slow down. It’s easy to take apart and clean too. I used cut proof gloves and am glad that I did. The blade is really sharp. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality slicer. As a side note, it comes almost completely put together and is well packaged.
