High Quality 304 Stainless Steel Blade
Unlike some of the carbon steel blades on the market which has a shorter service life, is easily oxidized and blunt out. Our KWS 10″ high quality 304 Stainless Steel blade is anti-rust, firm and more durable. It offers precision while providing several different slice adjustments. It consistently and effortlessly cuts meat, vegetables, or cheese from paper thin to 0.4 inch thick.
Built- In Sharpener
Our KWS slicer features a built- in sharpener that both hones and sharpens the blade. It helps the blade to maintain a sharp edge for slicing by pushing the front and back button for a couple of seconds, ensuring that your blade is always razor sharp and ready to slice.

Waterproof On-Off Switch & Skid Proof Rubber Feet
The KWS on- off switch and relays are built separately which can highly prevent them from damage together at the same time. The skid proof rubber feet secure the slicer on the counter-top while slicing which makes the slicer more sturdy.
Removable Product Tray Assembly
The product tray of our KWS MS-10NS meat slicer can hold foods up to 7 (L) X 7.5 (W) X 5.5 (H). The carriage can also be removed easily for thorough cleaning. This feature can reduce seams and hard-to-reach places where bacteria can grow, making the slicer as easy as possible to clean.

High Quality Motor and Power Transformer
Thanks to the 320W 0.4 hp motor and power transformer, it delivers the power needed to tackle constant slicing. The High quality pure copper motor gives the KWS slicer an ideal blend of durability and performance. And the transformer can efficiently prevent electric leakage and short circuit.

David Winter –
Very close to a professional deli-slicer. Very well built and performs
exactly as hoped for. Good buy.
Gianni –
Really very good slicer , I can cut my Italian SAlumi very well
FREDDY SHAW –
This thing is high quality, it’s quiet and just heavy enough to stay firmly mounted…. I love it
William Wheawill –
GREAT SLICER. Beats the cheep home store slicers. If you do a lot of slicing get this one before you pay for two or three lesser quality ones. Built to last and a motor that will cut cheese with out bogging down. Not bad to clean but get cut proof gloves when handling the blade.
Donulus Schantz –
Just what we were looking for
JAMES WALLS –
A most excellent slicer. Well made and built. Makes easy work or prosciutto. I only wish they would provide complete disassembly instructions…

Whenever I search online for a product, one thing that I check is the support that comes with that purchase. Support for a product only happens if there is contact information. Whether it is a phone number or email address which a live person answers, it is imperative that support is there! It is essential that replacement parts are available and someone there to take a card number and ship!
After my search of all the slicers I was interested in on Amazon, I did a Google search of the various brands. KitchenWare Station was the ONLY brand that had; not only phone and email, but a site where replacement parts were available! I had some questions, sent them an email, and by the next business day received my very well answered questions! Locations were sent attached to that email!
I am now assured that they are a real company and “happy to help”
I have my search narrowed to a few, but one thing is for sure, when I decide, I will be purchasing a KWS product! ***** 5 stars for SUPPORT!
Punky Munky –
I bought this to slice meats for Asian dishes like hotpots, stirfries, and teriyaki, bulgogi, etc. I wish I had this slicer waaay sooner, because life would’ve been so much easier and enjoyable for me! Now I just buy boneless ribeye roast or boston pork butt roast and slice them myself whenever I want! I don’t even know how I survived without this for 25 years since I moved away from the islands. I also bought a stainless steel work station to set this on, which has a lower shelf to store the slicer on when not in use and doubles as an additional prep station. So worth the money if you cook a lot of Asian meat dishes.

Needs instructions on how to clean. Once you figure it out it’s easy.
Hey –
Good slicer so far i have cut up a ham and a corned beef roast. Have to wait a few more months for the bacon test
Robert K. –
Love this Slicer! Didn’t have the room for a Pro-Grade slicer, and didn’t want to waste money on a cheap 100-ish watt slicer. I’ve sliced meat for jerky, frozen cuts of beef for cheese steaks, cheeses, and various cold cuts.

Super
Paula Carnahan –
A+++
Linda Klee –
item as described
John davini –
I’m very satisfied with this slicer, works well and I use it every week for jerky and other meats, my only complaint is it doesn’t come apart enough, the guide around the blade doesn’t come apart which makes it hard to clean on bottom and behind blade. Other than that I love it.
micah –
Solid slicer but the bottom let broke after two weeks

Linda Haas –
Love this meat slicer, We were looking at a cheaper slicer but I’m glad we went with a high quality slicer, it really does make a difference.
Matt H. –
Lamented for weeks over which slicer to buy. Was never happy with previous $70 slicer. This machine is a quality unit. Easy disassembled and cleaned prior to first use. Sliced 20 lbs. homemade roast beef, Cajun turkey, corned beef and Canadian bacon. All thinner than paper. Then right into 7 lbs. Of pepper jack cheese, then several large onions. All work was effortless. Was sad I didn’t have more to slice! Clean up was simple and straight forward. Everything I hoped it would be and more!

We own a bagel coffee sandwich shop, our old slicer was a Globe 10in very worn out. This compares Apple’s to Apple’s except that the table is a little smaller, it still works very well for our needs and slices much better than the old one.
Worgan Hunter –
This thing does a decent job, but it is very difficult to clean. it would not be good for any type of commercial application or small business application
KWS Customer Service –
Dear Customer,
Please do not hesitate to email our customer service team to acquire video tutorial regarding how to easily disassemble the machine for cleaning.
For easier cleaning, we highly recommend our customer to take the machine apart and clean the machine right after customer get their slicing job done.
In that case, the juice and meat residue has not yet dry down and stick to the machine, and will be easier to swipe it off the machine with towel.
We hope this information will help.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance.
We are always here to help!

Very nice product! A little hard to clean just do to the size but dont know if they could have made it easier even if they wanted
L. Strickland –
Between smoking brisket and making NC BBQ, I take a break and cook up a bottom round for pit beef sandwiches. This is the cat’s meow! Only gave it 4 stars for cleaning, but anything with a blade like this has can’t be easy when you clean it! This is a great slicer!
Debbie –
Very fast delivery. For a Christmas gift so it hasn’t been used yet but the machine looks awesome!!!!!

David –
Works very well
Thad George –
For residential use this slicer is perfect. Before you order decide whethe or not you want to slice cheese, if so order with the teflon blade.
Mike –
So far it looks and performance it works as advertised, is heavy and well made with a smooth operation.
Allyn Reimann –
IT look’s like a nice machine. I never used it. Because when I read the manual it said to cut cheese a teflon blade work’s best. Not realizing the blades come both in stainless steal and teflon coated. I decided to send it back for one with a teflon blade. I wish they would have said that in the description.
Robert –
Works great. Easy to use. Only downfall would be lack of ease to clean
Manuel Perez –
Great job
TRUNG VU –
Works like a champ.
Brian Ship –
Cutting meats pepperoni salami cap mortadella it works but if you can afford more machine spend the extra money
Elizabeth Howard –
So efficient in my small sandwich restaurant. I use this 3-6 times per week and it is, so far, amazing! No balking engine, easy cleaning, incredibly sharp, heavy blade and base, Does a great job on veggies, deli meat, roasts and cheeses!
Kory Travis –
Item works well. I own two of these.
Janelle Parker –
I totally over bought because most over sell and under deliver… they delivered. What a great product. Everyone should own one. I’m so spoiled.
Cesar –
Great slicer, we have no issues
Gregory Sidlik –
good machine for what I need it for
Mikele –
For the price, this slicer works just great. I have a deli and my slicer gets a workout. I would recommend the 12 inch for businesses.
KWS Customer –
It’s a great machine. It’s hard to clean.I get in there with a toothpick to get as much stuff out as I possibly can and I use q-tips that I have to pinch the edge because those are too thick I don’t know how to clean this thing I watched the video and it’s so you can take the blade off but I can’t unscrew the screws they’ve stripped. it says not to spray it with water but there’s no way to get into any of the cracks unless you get a squirt bottle and some just degreaser and spray it on stream get those little tiny meat particles out. and went through a lot of reviews and didn’t get a lot of machines because they said it was hard to clean. And the reviews for this one in Amazon and on other website said that it was easier to clean than others you just take it off but it’s not.
kevin boyer –
Great pro-level slicer at an entry-level price.
jon vannest –
I make my own bacon and it sliced it like butter!
Pork roll no problem
Minute steaks killed it
Ingrid –
Perfecto
Shelley –
I’ve had the “cheap” $100 slicers for the home kitchen. Unfortunately – they are the pits. After using a commercial slicer they just don’t compare. You can’t get the nice thin slices. Forget “shaved”. It’s never going to be right. I’d been looking into used restaurant equipment, but didn’t feel I could justify $500 or the space it would take. Then I saw this when I was looking for something else….the price was fantastic, it isn’t as big as a used deli slicer, but it does still use a lot of counter space, but boy is it worth it!!! At $9.99/# for roast beef at the deli I can cook my own roast – just the temp I like (nice and rare) and can slice it just the way I want it. Clean up could be a bit easier – that is the ONLY thing I liked better about my home kitchen slicers, but I am SO HAPPY I FINALLY PURCHASED THIS. I feel SO SPOILED!!! Not sure how long they have been around – and at this price, but I wish I had purchased it 10 years ago when I first started looking.
KWS Customer –
The motor is powerful, it holds steady doesn’t wobble around and cuts meats like butter.
Frank Hull –
I have the advantage of having had an inexpensive meat slicer for comparison purposes. The difference is like night and day. I find it easy to clean after use and I am very satisfied with it’s performance. I like it so much that I plan to purchase another one for my son.
Joseph from West Babylon –
Slicing meats. Perfect
Ronalds Stevens –

Buddha –
Pros: Powerful motor slices meat easily. Base is sturdy doesn’t wobble or move around on you.
