High Quality 304 Stainless Steel Blade
Unlike some of the carbon steel blades on the market which has a shorter service life, is easily oxidized and blunt out. Our KWS 10″ high quality 304 Stainless Steel blade is anti-rust, firm and more durable. It offers precision while providing several different slice adjustments. It consistently and effortlessly cuts meat, vegetables, or cheese from paper thin to 0.4 inch thick.
Built- In Sharpener
Our KWS slicer features a built- in sharpener that both hones and sharpens the blade. It helps the blade to maintain a sharp edge for slicing by pushing the front and back button for a couple of seconds, ensuring that your blade is always razor sharp and ready to slice.

Waterproof On-Off Switch & Skid Proof Rubber Feet
The KWS on- off switch and relays are built separately which can highly prevent them from damage together at the same time. The skid proof rubber feet secure the slicer on the counter-top while slicing which makes the slicer more sturdy.
Removable Product Tray Assembly
The product tray of our KWS MS-10NS meat slicer can hold foods up to 7 (L) X 7.5 (W) X 5.5 (H). The carriage can also be removed easily for thorough cleaning. This feature can reduce seams and hard-to-reach places where bacteria can grow, making the slicer as easy as possible to clean.

High Quality Motor and Power Transformer
Thanks to the 320W 0.4 hp motor and power transformer, it delivers the power needed to tackle constant slicing. The High quality pure copper motor gives the KWS slicer an ideal blend of durability and performance. And the transformer can efficiently prevent electric leakage and short circuit.

The meat slicer works well. So far we’ve sliced only meat. Really thin raw meat for jerky, and cooked thin sliced roast beef. Thin sliced turkey breast. When the meat is raw, works much better if the meat is still a little frozen. And when the meat is cooked – let it cool or you will get meat juice EVERYWHERE!! LOL.
I would have given more stars however, the cleaning of this machine is a PITA. There were no instructions on how to clean the machine. Tried searching the interwebs…no dice. Had to watch videos of other brand’s cleaning method, and then kind of apply that to this machine. I wonder if I can squirt it with the faucet sprayer, but I think the water might get into the motor, especially with the blade off.
The blade is extremely sharp and there is no “safety block” like other machines. The safety block lets you screw a type of handle to the blade to remove it. This one you just push it out and hope it doesn’t fall onto your fingers. You have to remove the metal plate in front of the blade, and then remove 3 screws (phillips head) to take off the blade. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to really clean the machine without taking the blade totally off (nooks and crannys have meat parts behind the blade).
Even after all that – once you figure out how to clean it – it doesn’t take as long as the first time!
And the motor is very powerful, it didn’t get stuck cutting the frozen beef roast.
That is all.

We bad one of the cheaper slicers, this one is fair beyond it. For home slicer this one might be to much unless but I enjoy having heavy duty equipment. Its very quite, smooth, and easy to clean. It is heavy and somewhat bulky but that goes along with the size.
Philip Blair –
high quality product, prompt delivery, Blade is remarkable design being thin at the edge but weighted and displaced in the center. That allows for increased mass and smoothness of cutting. Optimum size for moderately large cuts of meat, perfect for barbecue connoisseur.
MACE GRIFFIN –
This is a nice unit and works well. Been slicing ham from thin to medium thick, very nice.
frank demoree –

I have a concession, this is an awesome slicer, huge improvement over my first slicer. I just does a great job slicing meat. I make beef jerky, fairly easy to clean, and heavy enough, so is doesn’t move much, while slicing.

Excellent product

My new favorite kitchen tool. I’ve had some of the under $100 slicers and found them to be extremely frustrating and useless. This machine works just like the deli slicers. I like my meats sliced very thin. It works great and saves me a lot of money. Some reviewers complained about the cleaning of this machine. Yes, it takes some time, but you wouldn’t take this out to cut meat for today’s sandwich. You use this machine to cut multiple pounds of meat at a time. When you’re done, you take three parts off and clean them in the sink. Then you wipe clean the rest of the machine and put it back together.
My only slight problem with it is that sometimes the meat gets caught in the blade and shoots out the other side. I set up a plastic trash bag behind it so the bits don’t fly across the room. The last time I used it, it was flinging ham on about every other slice. Then I started grabbing (not catching) each slice from behind as it came out and it didn’t happen much at all. This is more of a user issue than a design flaw.
The best part of having this meat slicer is that I can trim my meats before slicing. I don’t care for the outer crust on hams, so I cut it off first. I also rip apart roast beef and cut away as much fat as I can find. This is a heavy duty machine. At first, I thought it might be overkill for just myself and my wife. However, after about three months of using it once every two weeks or so, I’m very happy I spent a little more because now I actually use my meat slicer and save money. I rarely used my old ones because they were too much of a pain, and I was never able to get my meats sliced as thin as I like. This thing is built to last, and it runs so smooth. I love it.

Solid construction. Hefty and definitely up to the job of handling heavy-duty slicing.

Having run restaurants for 20 years, I have to say that this slicer has a very professional look and feel, and has power to burn. Short of spending anywhere from $1600 to $7800 for a new Hobart, this machine is a bargain. Being the kitchen manager last week at a girls’ summer camp, and (in between contemplating suicide alternatives) needing a good tool to make slicing simple, I bought this. Super choice! It did great with tomatoes and onions (for hamburgers), Black Forest ham (for breakfast with Cheese Blintzes), and roasted and marinated tri-tip. When you set the cutting thickness, it stays put (I cut up three ham roasts and about 25 tri-tips with absolutely no variance in thickness. Set it and forget it.
Cleaning these things can be a challenge, but like most things, there are tricks to the trade. The whole upper structure is designed to be waterproof, and that’s your advantage. The only vulnerable area is the bottom. And of course, even the best slicers have a lot of nooks and crannies, and spray food bits out the front. What I did was take off the sliding food tray, the blade faceplate, and the sharpener, and cleaned them separately. Then, you place the entire unit in (or over) an empty sink, and spray it with the faucet hose. That knocks all the food bits off the slicer. Make sure that your sink drains immediately so the water level doesn’t reach the bottom. Then you go over it with soap and sponge, and spray again. Finally, spray on some sanitizing solution (say 1/4 cup of bleach in a gallon of water) in a bottle, and wipe with a clean cloth. Entire process takes about 5 mins. Looks like new!
The only negative is that it’s (necessarily) bulky and heavy, but that comes with the territory. I store mine in its original box in the garage.

Excellent slicer, quiet, and easy to clean. Have used it twice in my food service and I am very pleased.
Debora Poage –
This slicer far exceeded my expectations. It not only slices meats of all kinds easily but also cuts cheese with little effort. If you are looking for a good slicer to cut raw meats to processed meats, and cheeses, this is the one you want!

Just as ordered.

We have used it twice and it has performed perfectly. Easy to clean and very quiet when running. Price is certainly fair for such a great piece of equipment.

The slicer arrived a day earlier than scheduled, very well packed , at this time I have not used it but seems to operate fine, so far everything is great, do not see that there should be any issues. would recommend it anyone.

good, arrive quickly and works as advertised
Tom Manalio –
Excellent in every way except the rather sad owners’ manual.
KWS Customer –
Great slicer. Very sharp clean cuts. Quiet. Easy to take apart and clean. Only drawback is the tray doesn’t slide very far to the left. I cure and slice 100’s of pounds of bacon and it only goes 8 inches to left hence I cannot slice a slab of bacon. Also be careful on the backside sliced food can get caught in a groove near the wheel. See pics attached. I still recommend as it is a good quality slicer.
Sheri –
This would have been a 5 Star. But the blade guard on the top was touching the blade ever so slightly. So I had to use a die grinder to give it a bit more clearance. Once that was done it is an awesome machine. Like other reviewers said the directions are worthless.
Flashmatic –
A little involved to clean, but the unit is everything I wanted in a slicing machine.

Great slicer. It slices great and even slices frozen bacon. Takes a bit to clean and you need cut resistant gloves to handle blade but is still well worth it

Love my new slicer. It’s fairly easy to clean. You have to unscrew a few bolts and pop out cutting blade but pretty easy. This is a heavy slicer that is well built. Only thing I don’t like is that the last 1/2″ of chicken breast I slice is difficult to finish off. Slices best when meat is semi-frozen. Highly recommend.
E. Walls –
Perfect for prosciutto, nice paper thin slices, and low-revving blade ensures no fat melting.
