High Quality 304 Stainless Steel Blade
Unlike some of the carbon steel blades on the market which has a shorter service life, is easily oxidized and blunt out. Our KWS 10″ high quality 304 Stainless Steel blade is anti-rust, firm and more durable. It offers precision while providing several different slice adjustments. It consistently and effortlessly cuts meat, vegetables, or cheese from paper thin to 0.4 inch thick.
Built- In Sharpener
Our KWS slicer features a built- in sharpener that both hones and sharpens the blade. It helps the blade to maintain a sharp edge for slicing by pushing the front and back button for a couple of seconds, ensuring that your blade is always razor sharp and ready to slice.

Waterproof On-Off Switch & Skid Proof Rubber Feet
The KWS on- off switch and relays are built separately which can highly prevent them from damage together at the same time. The skid proof rubber feet secure the slicer on the counter-top while slicing which makes the slicer more sturdy.
Removable Product Tray Assembly
The product tray of our KWS MS-10NS meat slicer can hold foods up to 7 (L) X 7.5 (W) X 5.5 (H). The carriage can also be removed easily for thorough cleaning. This feature can reduce seams and hard-to-reach places where bacteria can grow, making the slicer as easy as possible to clean.

High Quality Motor and Power Transformer
Thanks to the 320W 0.4 hp motor and power transformer, it delivers the power needed to tackle constant slicing. The High quality pure copper motor gives the KWS slicer an ideal blend of durability and performance. And the transformer can efficiently prevent electric leakage and short circuit.

Its one great piece wish it cut thicker but nothing bad to say about this meat slicer
Samuel Liu –
I am very happy with the purchasing this slicer, which is much better than my previous one. It cut frozen meat slice easily, quickly, smoothly and evenly.
Ray Zhao –
This one can cut directly through the frozen meats, something my previous family use smaller meat slicer can’t do. I am more than happy to recommend this product to anyone who share an interest of getting one.
shirley Johnson –
Works very well. Is not so easy to clean.
The Wilshires –
Lots of power, have sliced turkey, ham, roast beef fresh and frozen with no issues. Listen, these are a pain to clean and it’s that way with ALL meat slicers, it the nature of the beast. A tip for you, don’t just slice up a small 2 pound ham, do a batch of stuff at a time. I do alot of different stuff for lunch meats, vacuum seal and freeze, then pull out a pack whenever I want.
Megan P –
Hinge is a little hard to clean. Otherwise, this product works great! We had a different one that was a little cheaper but it didn’t slice well. This one is sturdy when slicing and makes a consistent thickness.
D M Saalwaechter Sr –
Ultra thin slice ability!! Great!
Devil Dog –
Like any slicer it takes a few minutes to clean. I found it helpful to place a paper towel underneath the blade and I will slice about a dozen pieces and stop the blade and clear the meat out from behind it and not let it build up. That stops it from throwing it like some people have complained about. Take your time watch what you are doing and let the slicer do the work. It is a wonderful piece of equipment. It is not a gadget to take lightly it is a heavy duty piece of equipment. You use it once and you will wonder how you used those plastic ones for so long. You buy this one and you will never need to buy another.

I own a Deli , we use one slicer a
Hobart HS8N bought at auction, now my business has tripled I needed a slicer for veg , I did not want to spend $5000 plus on a new slicer so I bought this as it’s intended for veg. One of my newer hires jumped on this Machine
To help relieve the line of customers and started to slice meat , I was surprised to see the line was gone I asked what happened did the leave , the supervisor said one of the employees jumps on the smaller slicer and cleared the line, I told her this machine won’t handle the stress like the Hobart. I thought this was matter was closed but a few days later I went into the store and there using the smaller slicer for meat again, this time I did not say anything and observed , to my surprise this little machine performed as well as the big 13in Hobart. This 10in slicer is every bit as good as the Hobart clean up is the same not sure why so meany folks have cleaning issues it’s easy, fast brake down clean and re-assembly sanitize in about 5 minutes . For anyone thinking this is a home unit only , there mistaken this can and is working in a Commercial environment and personally I like it better the Hobart.
The only complaint is I have with this is with heavy use now I need to lube the slide 2x a week.

Cuts a roast like butter. Almost can’t tell if it is cutting, it cuts so easy. Can be a little messy if cutting a juicy roast. You get a spray off of it
Tia Azlin –
Perfect slicer for my needs.

solid product. belt driven is much better than gear driven.

This is flat out a great slicer period !
I’ve read most of the reviews and it’s apparent most have never had experiences with a commercial level slicer, there’s everything from To hard to clean , To messy sling particles everywhere , Won’t slice frozen meats , You can cut cheese with the Teflon blade . All a bunch of user errors and just nonsense.
Ok the real deal .
This unit breaks down easily and quickly, wash and sanitized and put back together in about 10 minutes.
All commercial grade slicers will be a bit messy , yes even my 8k Hobart slings meat.
It’s the nature of the beast but it’s not excessive.
As for slicing Frozen meat this unit does a very good job ideally around -6 deg !
Hears the thing no slicer will slice rock hard
Straight from the freezer for that you will need a band saw .
And as for Cutting The Cheese this unit also does a great job even with its Stainless Steel blade , they do recommend the Teflon coated blade if your planning to Cut Cheese all day.
But in reality cheese will gum up any blade even the Teflon blade as cheese warms up ,it in avoidable. In the business we just use a warm clean towel and wipe the blade it takes less then a minute.
I have very little to complain about this slicer,
as a Deli Owner for 37 years I most definitely recommend this product. A Slicer is a very versatile in the kitchen , it will take you to a whole new level as a chef.

KWS Customer –
So, I’ve worked in a lot pf restaurants, and I’ve had experience with a lot of machines. I can tell you that this machine is virtually identical in quality and construction to the more “value” models that restaurants buy when it’s a limited use prroduct. In other words, a full service deli would want a better machine, but they’d be up around a grand. Machines like this generally go for between $500 and $650.
PROS: This unit can cut through most anything you throw at it, though very large frozen meats will take some time. I have cut frozen beef tenderloin and frozen pork loins with it, and it did fine. Because this is a true upgrade from a home model, you’ll notice some differences. It’s heavy. The jaws lock in certain positions because they are lined with sharp spikes and you can’t have them floping around. The slide arm will not move as smoothly as a Hobart, but you’re paying half the price for a unit that will do all the same stuff, maybe a little slower. I’ve owned two of the “home” slicers, and they don’t begin to compare.
CONS: It’s not a $1500 Hobart like you might see at the grocery store. It won’t run on automatic, and it won’t be as fast with sticky cheeses. It will slice exceedingly thin slices, but you have to be careful that they don’t get pulled back into the blade. Home units ARE designed to be easier to clean. Many of the attributes that make them easy to clean also reduce their effetiveness against big meats, particularly when frozen. The disassembly isn’t bad, but there is no special tool for blade removal. I would invest in some cutting gloves. Probably get one of the chain-mail type. You’ll have to loosen the big knobs, remove the blade conver, and then unscrew and remove the blade if you want to get everything clean. This is true of all commercial slicers. The whole process, with cleaning takes about 5 minutes.
Conclusion: If you want to slice a little meat or cheese here and there, you are probably better off with a smaller home model. They are light, easy to clean, and can do a great job on small tasks. But if you want to cut frozen meats, (necessary to get the thin slices necessary for Banh Mi and other asian dishes), and you have been frustrated by the limitations of the little ones, this is a great buy. Dollar for dollar, you won’t get this much machine for this price anywhere else that I’ve seen. Their website is hard to find, because it’s really for Asian markets, but it’s there if you look. This company makes BIG machines for heavy industrial food production. (Tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars). If I were opening a restaurant, I might spend a little more. But for someone who butchers meat and finds uses for the slicer 2 or 3 times a week, I couldn’t be happier.

I just received the KWS MS-10NS food slicer. They recommended on cleaning it before using, which is common sense. Before cleaning it for the first time turn it on and let it run for awhile. This will help the extra black bearing grease to spin out at the bearings behind the blade. It’s a normal thing that happens around new bearings being installed. The switch assembly seems to be well made, I like the switch is covered with a clear flexible cover for easy cleaning. I noticed all the hardware that was used is stainless steel. I would recommend placing a little sanitary petrol gel on the threads of the hardware after you clean it and reinstall it, and on slide rods. This will help keep the two different metals from corrosion. Very solid slicer seems to be well made. The 10” blade is very heavy duty. While running it’s very quiet Compared to other slicers I’ve used. It came with the spare belt and spare sharpening stone also. I’m very impressed at this time and believe I won’t ever need to buy another one. I noticed a few photos and comments about the surface of the slicer being discolored and spotted. I believe they caused their own problems by using course scrubber or placed parts in a dishwasher. I checked my slicer and it’s anodized. Very Pleased and would highly recommend it to family and friends. If I run into any issues I will let be known.

Love it! Works great and easy to operate!
Wish it was a little easier to clean, but otherwise, it’s a great product!
John Johnson –
I have sliced around 100 pounds of meat and cheese so far and it handles nice. It is perfect for what I need, which is the occasional bulk shopping, slicing, packaging, freezing for home. It breaks down easily for cleaning. I have had friends over to use it and they loved it, in fact, they are likely to purchase one of their own.
Ron G. –
Pros: This slicer works excellent and super easy to take apart for cleaning. It slices meat with ease and thickness is perfectly even. It’s quiet and smooth. I sliced a whole ham nugget in just over a minute and the motor didn’t slow a bit. Very powerful. 👍
Some people complained about the screws being too tight to remove from the blade. I had 1 screw that was too tight to remove by hand. I used my 18V hammer drill and came off with no damage to the screw. Caution, do not put the screws back in with a drill. This was just to remove screws when the slicer was new from factory installed.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is, you must remove the meat from the tray before it gets too high.

Great value!
Fast delivery, excellent quality!
George Prigge –
Absolutely LOVE this slicer! Our old 7” died and after reading reviews thought we’d take the chance on this one. It was easy to disassemble the first time to wash before use. The screw that some have reported being overly tight holding the blade in place not super tight ( wondering if the reviews may have caused a change at the factory?) This one’s a keeper for sure and looking forward to many years of use.
elvis kings –
buy here . cuts very good, very nice and heavy
BBQ John –
The slicer is well built, at least for my use at home. I will use it to slice cooked meats on a weekly basis. I have used it twice and it worked very well. It is nice and quiet and seems to have plenty of power. I want to make really thin slices and it does the trick.
Some people mention that cleanup is cumbersome. I took it apart both times I used it in order to clean it. It took about 20 mins to disassemble, clean and reassemble. It may have taken longer the first time as the screws that hold the blade on are very tight from the factory. Use care when removing them the first time so you don’t strip the heads on them. I reinstalled them slightly looser and it made blade removal easier the next time.
I intend to disassemble and clean the slicer every time I use it as I want to make sure to remove any food hidden somewhere that should have been cleaned. As far as I am concerned, cleaning is part of cooking and I won’t skip cleaning it well after each use.
I am happy with the purchase and recommend this product.
Janet D –
This slicer is easy to use and smooth operation. It is harder to clean than some of the 12 in slicers I have used. The blade guard is the hardest part to clean behind.
Andrea L Utech –
I really like this slicer. I’ve been looking for a while and I’ll say you get what you pay for. Well built, study, easy to use. The only issue I had was that it is heavy, not a bad thing since it doesn’t move while being used. It stays on the counter since only my husband can lift it. Over all I love it
wendy bedford –
Definitely worth the money. It’s extremely durable and works fantastically! Love it
Chrisopher Beamer –
Love it! It has the powaa! Very good for frozen, roast beef, cheese. Does it all great. It’s really not that bad to clean, be careful use cut proof gloves if you feel more comfortable.
Use a proper Phillips #2 screw driver with a new tip in good condition and you should not have any problems taking out the three screws holding the blade in.
Richard Clark –
Slicer takes up a lot of counter space so for home use that could be an issue. I have lots of counterspace. The only negatives I’ve found are: Cleaning is a pain removing the blade etc but so are ALL slicers. The thickness control is a tad “coarse” so you have to be really gentle when adjusting. The “follower” that slides up and down to hold the meat against the blade has a tendency to stick and not press the meat against the blade. I’ve used some vegetable oil on the rod that it slides on. It’s getting better and maybe with use it will loosen a bit? Other than those nit-picky items, it does a great job. As someone said, it’s no Hobart but it does a great job for the price. Takes up a LITTLE less space than a Hobart as well!
George L –
Good machine, quiet operation
Cyrus Roberts –
WELL MADE MACHINE. THIS MACHINE IS STABLE WHEN SLICING IS VERY QUIET AND SLICES EXTREMELY THIN. SLICES VERY SMOOTH.
