High Quality 304 Stainless Steel Blade
Unlike some of the carbon steel blades on the market which has a shorter service life, is easily oxidized and blunt out. Our KWS 10″ high quality 304 Stainless Steel blade is anti-rust, firm and more durable. It offers precision while providing several different slice adjustments. It consistently and effortlessly cuts meat, vegetables, or cheese from paper thin to 0.4 inch thick.
Built- In Sharpener
Our KWS slicer features a built- in sharpener that both hones and sharpens the blade. It helps the blade to maintain a sharp edge for slicing by pushing the front and back button for a couple of seconds, ensuring that your blade is always razor sharp and ready to slice.

Waterproof On-Off Switch & Skid Proof Rubber Feet
The KWS on- off switch and relays are built separately which can highly prevent them from damage together at the same time. The skid proof rubber feet secure the slicer on the counter-top while slicing which makes the slicer more sturdy.
Removable Product Tray Assembly
The product tray of our KWS MS-10NS meat slicer can hold foods up to 7 (L) X 7.5 (W) X 5.5 (H). The carriage can also be removed easily for thorough cleaning. This feature can reduce seams and hard-to-reach places where bacteria can grow, making the slicer as easy as possible to clean.

High Quality Motor and Power Transformer
Thanks to the 320W 0.4 hp motor and power transformer, it delivers the power needed to tackle constant slicing. The High quality pure copper motor gives the KWS slicer an ideal blend of durability and performance. And the transformer can efficiently prevent electric leakage and short circuit.

I just unpacked and used this today to slice up a ham and my first impression is that this slicer is great. I’ve used other slicers including some low cost ones. Based on today’s experience, you get what you pay for and I believe this is a top quality product that’s worth the money. I sliced ham in various thicknesses and it did not even slow down. It’s easy to take apart and clean too. I used cut proof gloves and am glad that I did. The blade is really sharp. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality slicer. As a side note, it comes almost completely put together and is well packaged.
KWS Customer –
I have been looking at a deli slicer for a long time and finally bought one. It is very easy to use and slices like a dream. It isn’t the easiest to clean but it is not super hard either. Make sure you use cut resistant gloves when handling the slicing blade.
Duong –
It works perfect. Good for home use but not for commercial.

Bought this slicer for homemade lonzino. Where this dry aged pork loin stopped the blade of lesser machines, this KWS 320 watt sliced through the meat like butter.
Nebmom –
So far so good. I have only used it once. Pretty simple to use. Nice cuts of meat, smooth. Pretty quiet when on. The cleaning process is easy once you figure out the steps. I just googled a video because the instructions are a little confusing. I would definitely recommend. It is very heavy.
aktaruz zaman –
The blade is touching the side surface and making noise
KWS Customer Service Team –
Dear Aktaruz,
From the information that you provided, it is very likely that the machine was misaligned during shipment process.
FedEx driver often time ignore the indication on the box and ship the machine side way which caused the blade guard ring to be out of alignment and touching the blade.
Please do not worry as our company will take full responsibility and exchange you with a new slicer.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that FedEx causes you.

Great seller

We really like this slicer. It’s big enough to cut our larger projects and slices evenly.
It’s not perfect though. The slide sticks a little, as does the holder. So it requires more attention and effort than should be necessary.
For the price, maybe that’s just what you get. I’m pleased with the purchase and think we got a good deal, as long as it lasts. Cleanup is pretty simple. It’s bulky, so you’ll need a good place to store it.
Leslie Farris –
Easy to use, nice and quiet. Not that easy to clean, but that is par for the course for any machine like this.
Love this machine.
Philip S. Laroya –
Built to last. Blade is sharp. Ten inch blade. It is easy to use. It is heavy. Has rubber feet to prevent it from moving. Runs quite. I use it to cut bacon and it does a good job. You have to disassemble to clean. I like it and if your in the market for a meat slicer this is the one. It’s not an entry level machine and it’s not a machine you would use in a deli. Doesn’t have the automatic cutting feature
Richard Sokol –
Great Machine. Worth the price.
Glenn –
Came quickly and as described
CM –
Compared to the expensive brands this unit is powerful and does the job
Lawrence Shroyer –
It does what it’s supposed to do very well
M. D. Young –
I have only used it once and slicing a ham was like cutting butter. The only negative thing I can say about it is the instructions are pretty crappy. I had to watch videos on YouTube to see how the guard and sharpener went on and how to take it apart to clean. One thing I did learn from watching a YouTube video is get a cookie sheet to sit it on. I had little pieces of ham all over the counter. So next time the cookie sheet should catch all of that.
w robinson –
good quality heavy but if you want to cut any type of frozen meat this one will not do it
KWS Customer Service Team –
Dear W,
We appreciate your feedback.
The recommended frozen meat temperature to be use on our MS-10NS 320W slicer is approximately 24.8F or -4C.
If you slice your meat fresh out from the freezer, your meat temperature is likely around -15C to -20C.
In that stage, your meat is basically a block of ice.
Slicing meat when it is super frozen will cause the blade to wear off faster than normal.
For longevity of your motor and blade, we recommend our customer to follow the recommended meat temperature.
If you are interested in slicing meat that is colder than -4C, we would recommend you check out our MS-12 420W model slicers. With a more powerful motor, our MS-12 420W slicer models can slicer up to 17.6F or -8C.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you need any assistance, we will try our best to help!

Great slicer
Crswiss –
I love my new slicer. I had a cheaper one that recently broke down. I love slicing salami and cops. Decided to upgrade to this model after some research. I absolutely love it. It is quieter and a much smoother experience.
David Imm –
This slicer is great. Very quiet and powerful. It’s time consuming to clean but you want to put the time in to get is shining again. Very sturdy and has some weight to it. It won’t move while you’re using it.

Thanks

Great value for our use! Easy to clean, I recommend getting cut proof gloves as recommended…blade is as sharp as they warn. Easy to operate…
Glenn Rhode –
This is one of the best slicers I’ve used. Use and clean up are a breeze

Bought this slicer for the use of cutting lunch meat, cheeses and homemade bacon. If you are from southwest Pennsylvania you know what Islay is and you know how good the chipped ham is! Well this slicer set on 1 will give you that famous chipped ham slices!!
The bologna that is in the picture is a loaf of ekrich bologna that is about 6 inches round. The slicer set on 2 handled it with ease!!
The slicer thickness knob is a tad bit tight from the factory but that can be remedied by adjustment of the cam screw underneath the slicer.
The blade is SHARP!!!!! I can’t stree that enough!!! Get some cut resistant gloves when cleaning the slicer!!
We partially froze a small pork loin and did loin chops . Set the slicer on 12 and we got 16 chips 1/2 inch thick. The slicer had no problems cutting the meat.
The kws website has spare parts available for purchase for the slicer in case something goes bad or needs replaced.
Having been a chef (now retired) I’ve used slicers a lot!! This slicer will give the name brands a run for the money!!! If you want to do some beef carpacio….. this is the slicer!!
If you want toale some homemade potato chips….set the slicer on 1 and slice away!!
All in all this is a 10/10 slicer

I worked at a deli for 20yrs and this slicer stood up to the big ones. Not nearly as big, but cut paper thin at a good rate. It will handle a nice size piece of lunchmeat.
John Foster –
Haven’t had a chance to use it just yet but appears to be a well made home machine. I’ve used Hobart Commercial slicers before from back in the day. This unit come close.
Todd Price –
Would buy from again
Dianne Patel –
Kind of heavy but keeps everything stable. Works well
Neil Taylor –
Yes, and the service was excellent. I sent the first one I ordered back as it was broken when I received it. The return was processed quickly and I got the new back in short order.
Mary L Jones –
Arrived quickly and in perfect condition
Gary –
Having tried the “$90” slicers and being disappointed, this one takes the cake! I specifically purchased this to cut meat for jerky and I’m very pleased with the power and consistency. Easy to operate and clean. I haven’t yet tried the blade sharpening attachment (I’ve only cut about 20 lbs of meat) but I’m excited to see how it does. More time will tell but at this point, I give this 5 stars!
John –
Great product with one exception. The arm for the feed tray where it is attached by knob 35 it way too tight! Makes disassembly for clean and reassembly very difficult. Tolerance is too tight for some reason.
Burton Fosse –
Great product and customer service!
todd –
Works great. paper thin slices
Charles S –
Good quality at this price point.
>>>The first one I got was damaged in transit. This was not noticed until plugging in the machine and the blade was scraping its guard which ruined the blade. On further inspection of the packing I noticed that the Protective Styrofoam insert is very thin at the rear near the blade guard. It is only about 3/8″ thick there and the item had been dropped or bumped there which bent the blade guard.
The Styrofoam is too thin there to offer any protection. I had to return the unit.
>>> Second one arrived in good condition. It will cut paper thin slices of meat with ease.
>>>There has been a lot said about cleaning difficulties. I have none. Get yourself a set of these suction cups to handle the blade. ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09ZV98D47?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details ) Only $6.99 and worth every penny. Use them to remove and re-install the blade. Once off the machine, I hold it by the hole in its center to wash and dry it. Then use the cups to replace it. This way, no contact is made with the blade guard, which will ruin the blade.
>>>Overall, I am very happy with the machine and am sure it will last a good long time.

This is a quality meat slicer, super sturdy and well built. Slices through meat smoothly and easily (video is from the very first time we used it, so we were a little slow). Cleaning is a little bit of a pain because you have to unscrew the machine to take the blade off, but I think worth it because it means a sturdy and safe machine. 100% recommend purchasing cut proof gloves to wear when taking apart! I read a lot of reviews of different slicers before purchasing and others recommend to avoid a slicer with a serrated blade (because it means a weak motor) and I’m glad I did! I would recommend this product if you’re looking for a meat slicer.
Todd Carter –
Wanted paper thin slices and it does it. Cleaning wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be reading reviews.
Fiona Evans –
I waited to review, I’ve used it now for going on two seasons. The blade stays sharp thus far, just Ham and Bacon, so I’d expect it to stay sharp for a bit. It comes with a no brainer sharper attachment if needed. Handles Pork Belly and half hams from my rancher just fine. Will slice close to paper thin Ham and Pastrami.
I do not consider this a Pro or Con in regards to cleaning. I thought about it and loosening 3 screws with a gun is not too much to ask for a quasi commercial unit. The rest unscrews via knobs (two) by hand. So the clean up is that of, unscrew the Front via hand knob to release table slide. Unscrew via hand knob on back to release the Blade Plate Cover, then 3 screws via screw gun or by hand Phillips Screws to un attach the Blade to the Motor Shaft. That’s it and reverse to put back together.
When cutting up Bacon or Fat Belly the counter gets a bit Greasy and it takes Two. One to be behind gathering Meat and holding the Sliver from Scooting across the counter as I run 6lb ham or belly via the sliding table. I would recommend this unit if you are willing to clean, if not use a Knife. I always do Bulk when processing. 17lbs of meat Smoked and then Slice and wrap, freeze.
Butcher Paper with wax on the inside is perfect for 1yr.

So I bought a cheap slicer that will remain nameless (it was highly rated). It was garbage, couldn’t cut straight, stamped steel blade, everything was bad.
This one, is amazing compared to that piece of trash. Super quiet, requires almost no effort to use and cuts the same every stroke.
Only complaint about it is that sometimes after a cut a piece of bacon gets sucked back into the blade and flings across the room.
