• The first lock is designed between the base and the product tray. The adjustable numeric nob is locked when the product tray is being removed for cleaning; the design aims to prevent injury during cleaning process.
• The second lock is designed on the sharpening attachment. Our KWS MS-12SL meat slicer will automatically stop running once the machine detects the sharpening attachment is taken away.
• The third lock is designed on the belt wheel behind the blade. Our KWS MS-12SL meat slicer will stop running once it detects the blade guard disc is loosen.
MS-12SL 12″ also features 420 watts of motor power for medium-duty applications, it is perfect for slicing meats(recommended), vegetables, cheeses and fruits smoothly, quickly and effortlessly up to .6″ thick (0-15mm) with the thickness adjustment knob.
