With that being said, customer do not need to wipe off the excess of produce off of your blade as often during slicing process when using Teflon blade as compare to stainless steel blade. If you are someone who wish to slice a lot of cheeses, we will definitely recommend you to our Teflon blade model.
Built- In Sharpener
Our KWS slicer features a built- in sharpener that both hones and sharpens the blade. It helps the blade to maintain a sharp edge for slicing by pushing the front and back button for a couple of seconds, ensuring that your blade is always razor sharp and ready to slice.

Waterproof On-Off Switch & Skid Proof Rubber Feet
The KWS on- off switch and relays are built separately which can highly prevent them from damage together at the same time. The skid proof rubber feet secure the slicer on the counter-top while slicing which makes the slicer more sturdy.
Removable Product Tray Assembly
The product tray of our KWS MS-10NT meat slicer can hold foods up to 7 (L) X 7.5 (W) X 5.5 (H). The carriage can also be removed easily for thorough cleaning. This feature can reduce seams and hard-to-reach places where bacteria can grow, making the slicer as easy as possible to clean.

I owned two slicers for years that I thought they were doing an ok job.
Then, I ordered this KWS slicer. It’s wonderful.
After researching many hours and reading through the comments, I decided to go with a company I had heard of and they had a video!
The video showing how to take the machine apart to clean it is what sold me. They didn’t say it was easy, they showed you. That says volume’s about their product.
I ordered the version with the black teflon blade.
I tried this on two top round roast beef that had been sous vide and refrigerated.
This machine laughed! It can cut it tissue thin or thick. The black blade is very sharp.
It was extremely easy to use and the best part…clean up is pretty easy.
You do need a phillips screwdriver to remove three screws to take the blade off.
That wasn’t a big deal to me and I knew this again, because it was on their video.
I noticed in many videos they always show them cutting frozen meat. I was so curious how this was going to cut my refrigerated meat. Ease…cut it with ease.
Mine unit is brand new so I can’t say anything about longevity.
I can say, it’s a great slicer. Compared to my other two, I just regret I didn’t get this sooner.
It’s built well, and user friendly. I would probably recommend the slicing gloves be worn when you take the blade off. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend.
KWS Customer –
Excellent machine. Slices remain consistent width for entire length of cut.
Will need to slightly adjust carriage closer to the blade. Simple enough with 2 bolts on the underside.
The thickness adjustment knob is extremely tight and is a challenge to change at times.

Spent time looking for a well rated meat slicer that wasn’t extremely expensive. The KWS MS-10NT 10″ 320W Meat Slicer with Teflon Blade met most of my needs and so far, has done well. The slicer was packaged well, and took minimal time to unbox and set up. Was very pleased to see the blade was not a thin piece of metal, but was beveled outwards towards the center of blade (ie. got thicker) to prevent the blade from bending while cutting. Overall, the slicer is well made with quick-detachable items for ease of maintenance and cleaning. Had no issues with screws on blade (shout out to the yellow and black battery powered tools that made removal effortless). I did not rate it a 5 due to several minor things found – none of which affect the overall use, as it does cut….
1. After unboxing, I noticed the back plate was slightly out of alignment with the blade, maybe 1 mm variance between top and bottom of blade compared to back plate. There are some adjustments for the backplate, although none seem to resolve the angle issue. Still looking into this one.
2. Adjustment knob for the back plate was not lined up with hole in base (or maybe there are burrs in the recess I have not seen) and immediately started cutting thin slices of plastic from knob as thickness was adjusted.
3. Carriage tray does not have handle to use while running meat through slicer, and I noticed on several slices, the carriage tray had more resistance than normal when sliding towards the blade (basically carriage tray was not aligned straight with guide rail underneath slicer, preventing smooth movement). This could be eliminated by having parallel guide rails for carriage arm to slide on. Not much room under there, but should be manageable.
4. The cast base has some rough spots where it was not ground down/polished enough, and where there was air or some other object in the mold during the casting process, leaving small crevices appearing like cracks. Maybe one or two areas that were over-ground/polished as well.
5. The back plate edge closest to blade has a very sharp edge from top to bottom. I’ve already skinned my knuckle a few times cleaning this area, as well as cutting into cuticle.
6. KWS sticker on front of unit already pealing. Not sure why a stamped aluminum placard is not used in lieu of stickers (for both brand label and manufacture information on rear of slicer), but it would be more appealing and longer lasting.
7. As others have noted previously, there are several screws that would have been better off inserted from the opposite direction, leaving the carriage tray and back plate free of screw heads for easier cleaning. This would require modification of the carriage plate and back plate to make them slightly thicker for threading, but all for a good reason.
8. Last, but not least, the carriage tray is a bit small. A decent sized piece of meat (like a 4 – 5 lb roast) for 4 – 6 people barely fits the carriage and the blade guard will not fit around until about 1/3 of the meat has been sliced.

fast delivery and excellent packaging, oh, and really works great

Functions very well. Very consistent slices of whatever sickness you want. Don’t listen to the reviews about hard to clean. I am on two other slicers and this is certainly no harder than any of the others to clean. A little pricey, but a very nice slicer

I almost returned this without even trying it, after reading negative reviews. I have the 10 inch with the Teflon blade. Eh! A few bucks more, I guess it’s worth it. Painted surface is not raw aluminum. That’s sort of cheap and lame. Have not tried cheese yet.
Anyway, I decided to try before returning it. The slide does in fact go at least 1/2 inch past the blade so it does do a full cut. Yes the platform is only 7 inches, so you cannot do full cuts of bacon. Unfortunately, that would call for a 12 inch or 14 inch slicer, and $300 more, at least. Slightly clunky trying to cut 2.5 round salami, but once position right, it does a good job. I cut 100 hundred slices exceptionally thin. Could have tried thinner if the salami was closer to frozen.
I you go too fast, I mean really fast, 3 slices per second, it can fling small cuts like salami, but if you do a smooth 1 slice per second, in works pretty darn good. When I tried super thin, like 1/2 to the 1st setting, the salami does not have enough weight to fall into the food platform, so occasionally it may get caught or stick to the cutting blade and slid under the blade. But that is super thin.
The big test was cleaning. I don’t know what the big deal is:
Pull the product tray off- 4 seconds
Pull the blade cover off, 4 seconds,
Pull the blade off, three screws, 15 to 20 seconds. Screws were not too tight, and maybe I replace them with stainless allen screws, $2. Big deal. If the screws are too tight, take them off and don’t put them back on so tight.
I expect that once you get into the routine, the thing could be cleaned in less than 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes if you’ve sliced a whole cow. 🙂 Kidding
I think I’m going to keep it. It is not the 12 inch or 14 inch slicer I wanted, but it will do what I need. This is not a high-volume commercial slicer. At best, this could be a decent slicer for a B&B. I would not buy this for a deli. Not large enough to handle the variety of products at a deli. Blows away junk plastic 6, 8, and 9 inch slicers I’ve tried.
Marcy Knight –
A little on the spendy side, but not bad for a 10 inch
Paul –
The slicer was of high quality. But I wanted the larger slicer.
Oliver Bardot –
I use the 10″ blade and it is excellent. Great for salami, prosciutto (can go paper thin), hams, etc. For raw meats, make sure they are cool. Beef works well, but something like pork or chicken does not hold up well when raw. Cleanup is not the easiest so best to do a larger amount to really make it worthwhile.
